Offerings

I currently offer 60 minute online classes each Wednesday evening at 7:30pm AET within each school term.

Students are guided slowly and mindfully through their practice and are taught techniques which they can integrate into their lives off the mat.

Pre and post natal welcome with variations offered.

Reiki healings are available in your own home and may include essential oils, crystal mapping and sound.

Exchange: $90 plus travel

Distant healings are available and are also very powerful.
