Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment:
• We require a $500 AUD deposit to secure your place, which is non-refundable.
• A progress payment of $500 is required by April 24, 2026. You will receive an invoice 2 weeks prior to this due date as a reminder.
• The balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to the program start date (June 10,2026)
Cancellation:
• If you cancel your booking 12 months prior to the program start date, the deposit is refundable.
• If you cancel your booking less than 12 months, but more than 4 months prior to arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you cancel your booking less than 4 months but more than 1 month prior to arrival your deposit and progress payment are non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 1 month prior to your booking the full booking cost is non-refundable.
• If you do cancel your booking and should we manage to fill your place, we will refund you all monies paid minus a $100 admin fee.
